The story centres on the life experiences of these two people. The journalist is admitted to Intensive cardiac care at a hospital owing to his third heart attack. At the hospital, he meets Shaukat Ali on the neighboring bed. Shaukat is a person who loves Kebabs, and this love has leaded him to his first heart attack. Aditya has already gone through the trauma while Shaukat is petrified by the illness. The both are treated in the hospital at the adjacent beds. In the mean time, both the persons share a lot of their lifes experiences. Shaukat learns from his neighbour and resolves to lead a healthy and happy life. He even changes his profession in the pursuit of happiness.
